It is possible to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your order. After returning your order, you will receive a store credit so can you easily shop another bag you will love. For returning your order, you can contact us via info@amberhandbags.com.

If you have any doubts before purchasing a bag, please contact us via Instagram or e-mail, where we are happy to help you out. It is also possible to see the bag real life in-store at Mor Store.

Most of the bags listed on Amber Handbags are sold by private sellers on a consignment basis. As such, Amber Handbags does not accept returns for refunds on any purchased bags.

Due to the pre-loved nature of our products, some pieces may exhibit signs of wear. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the description and photographs before making a purchase. We guarantee the authenticity of all items sold through Amber Handbags. Should any item be proven inauthentic, the buyer is entitled to a full refund and is lifelong secured.

If an item has been described incorrectly or has damages that were not mentioned in the description, we will provide a full refund with free shipping. If you have doubts or questions regarding returns, please reach out to us before buying.

Please note that all customers are responsible for return shipment costs. 

If you wish to cancel your order, this is possible within the same day of purchasing for a full refund.
